SISERA in the European Projects Festival!

European Projects Festival

Recap of our participation in the European Projects Festival 🇪🇺

We had a fantastic time at the European Projects Festival in Ferrara, Italy where SISERA was represented by our co-founders Mr. Charalampos Georgantzas and Dr. Dimitra Xesfigkouli.
Our workshop, “European Project Erasmus+ KA1: Learning Mobility Opportunities,” was a success! During the session, we provided valuable insights into Erasmus+ Key Action 1, focusing on how to make the most of learning mobility for students, youth, educators, and adult learners. We discussed the importance of cross-cultural exchange and the practical benefits of funded mobility activities. Additionally, we took a hands-on approach by virtually guiding participants in organizing their own KA1 projects, providing tools, information, and support to kickstart their initiatives. This offered the opportunity for attendees to practically explore the process of project planning and implementation in a simulated setting, preparing them for their future actions.
In addition to our KA1 workshop, we had the opportunity to disseminate information about two other impactful projects of our organization. Firstly, our EARS project (Educational Agreement As a Response to School Dropout – id: 2021-1-IT02-KA220-SCH-000032619) aims to address school dropout rates, promoting inclusivity and accessibility in education. Secondly, we highlighted our “Staff Professional Development in Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability” (id: 2022-1-EL01-KA122-ADU-000079565) project, emphasizing the importance of environmental awareness and sustainability in professional growth.
Overall, it was a fulfilling experience exchanging ideas, networking, and celebrating the spirit of collaboration at a European level. We look forward to continuing our efforts in advancing EU projects and making a positive impact on education and society. Stay tuned for more!
