Discover a world of possibilities with SWIFT, an immersive Erasmus+ Training Course
designed to ignite your passion for promoting volunteering values and activities in your
local community, with a focus on youth, through the opportunities brought forth by the
European Solidarity Corps, namely Solidarity Projects. From the 2nd to the 8th of March
2024 (travel days included), join us for a week-long mobility that brings together youth
organization staff from across Europe.

Throughout the course, you’ll engage with like-minded professionals, sharing innovative
ideas and best practices for promoting volunteerism by writing and implementing Solidarity
Projects. You’ll acquire new knowledge and skills to engage young people in meaningful
volunteer activities, and discover the importance of volunteerism in local communities.

With a focus on developing solidarity projects, SWIFT offers a unique opportunity to design
volunteering activities that support both the local community and the personal
development of young people. You’ll gain access to new tools and methods, enabling you
to create impactful projects that make a real difference in the lives of those involved.

Moreover, SWIFT is more than just a training course. It’s an opportunity to expand your
professional network and enhance your expertise in youth work. With training and co-
