Mrs. Katerina Belogia holds a degree with honours in Applied Informatics from the Department of Applied Informatics of the University of Macedonia and a Master’s Degree in “Information Systems” from the Department of Informatics, School of Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. After attending the Annual Pedagogical Training Programme (EPPAIK) of the Higher School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPAITE) of Volos in the year 2008 – 2009, she started working as a substitute Informatics teacher in Primary Education and on 21/08/2017 she was appointed as a permanent teacher of the branch PE86 -Informatics in the Directorate of Primary Education of Fokida. For two years (2019 – 2021) she was seconded to the Department of Informatics of the Regional Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education (PDE) of Thessaly, where she also became a member of the Organizing Committee for the implementation of European Erasmus + Programmes. As a teacher she has participated in the implementation of a variety of extra-curricular school programmes (Informatics, Environmental Education, Health Education, Cultural Affairs) and in student competitions. She has excellent knowledge of English and very good knowledge of Italian. She is also included in the Register of the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP) and has experience as an adult educator, having taught in various structures of formal and non-formal adult education. She has entered SISERA Greece NGO as a team member since November 2020.
