Daily Program

Day 1: Introduction to Inclusion and Diversity
  • Welcome and Ice-breaking activities.
  • Overview of the course objectives and expectations.
  • Discussion on the importance of inclusion and diversity in education.
  • Lecture: Principles of inclusion, equality, and non-discrimination.
  • Group discussions on real-world examples and case studies.
  • Teaching activities promoting understanding and empathy.
Day 2: Creating an Inclusive Learning Environment
  • Workshop: Practical strategies for designing inclusive lesson plans.
  • Group activities on fostering collaboration and cultural exchange.
  • Reflection on personal experiences related to inclusion.
  • Guest speaker session: Sharing experiences and insights from diverse backgrounds.

Day 3: Inclusive Teaching Strategies

  • Small group activities to brainstorm innovative teaching approaches.

Day 4: Community Engagement Project
  • Introduction to the Community Engagement Project.
  • Workshop on engaging with local communities to understand diverse perspectives.
  • Collaborative project planning for addressing community-specific challenges.
  • Ourdoor Activity/ Field trip (one of the mobilities)
  • Hands-on activities addressing community challenges.
  • Reflection on the importance of community engagement in fostering inclusion.
Day 5: Visit to Inclusive Education Models and Project Showcase
  • Final preparations for collaborative project presentations.
  • Project showcase event: Participants present their projects.
  • Peer evaluations and feedback on the effectiveness and impact of the projects.
  • Closing ceremony, certificate distribution, and celebration.
