SISERA Greece, as coordinator of the Erasmus+ project CREDIT – Green and Circular Economy in Business by Digital Solutions, is pleased to announce the publication of the project’s research report on organisational readiness for the green transition.

The study is based on a cross-national survey conducted in Greece, Italy, and Turkey, involving organisations from different sectors, including SMEs, public bodies, training providers, and intermediary organisations.

The research examines:

• current green practices and resources,

• perceived barriers to sustainability,

• organisational readiness and motivation, and

• training needs related to green and circular economy skills.

The findings highlight the importance of practical engagement in sustainability actions, showing that organisations that already implement green practices feel more ready and motivated to advance further. The results also underline the need for action-oriented, sector-specific adult education and training.

This report provides an evidence-based foundation for the development of the CREDIT training toolkit, supporting organisations and educators in Europe’s green transition.
