Are you a youth worker, trainer, facilitator, or volunteer passionate about non-formal education? Would you like to join 17 other participants from across Europe to co-create and share innovative educational tools?

“Innovation in Action: Facilitating with Non-Formal Power” is a 7-day international training course designed to:

• Explore and develop non-formal learning methodologies

• Share practices and create new facilitation tools

• Promote intercultural learning and sustainable youth work

👤 Who can apply?

We are looking for:

• Active youth workers, educators, or volunteers

• Individuals with some experience in facilitation or youth mobility projects

• People ready to contribute and stay engaged throughout the full course

• Teams of 2 from each country (ideally one experienced and one emerging facilitator)

🧠 What to expect:

• Hands-on workshops, peer learning, and co-creation sessions

• A chance to present a lesser-known educational method

• Opportunities to contribute to a European guidebook of innovative methods

• Beautiful mountain setting in Predeal, Romania

• Youthpass certificate upon completion
