SISERA Greece is pleased to announce the approval of Second Axis funding under the Erasmus+ Adult Education Accreditation. This development strengthens the organization’s role in adult education and allows it to pursue initiatives of real significance for its members and the wider community.
The Focus of the Second AxisThe Second Axis is dedicated to the professional development of the scientific team of SISERA Greece. In education, professional development is not a secondary matter: it is a precondition for progress. Η SISERA Greece ανακοινώνει με χαρά την έγκριση της 2ης Χρηματοδότησης στο πλαίσιο της Διαπίστευσης Erasmus+ για την Εκπαίδευση Ενηλίκων. Η εξέλιξη αυτή ενισχύει τον ρόλο του οργανισμού στην εκπαίδευση ενηλίκων και δίνει τη δυνατότητα να υλοποιήσει πρωτοβουλίες ουσιαστικής σημασίας για τα μέλη του και την ευρύτερη κοινότητα.
Ο Άξονας και η Σημασία του
Ο Δεύτερος Άξονας αφορά την επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη της επιστημονικής ομάδας της SISERA Greece. Στην εκπαίδευση, η επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη δεν αποτελεί δευτερεύον ζήτημα: είναι προϋπόθεση προόδου. Περιλαμβάνει τη συνεχή ανανέωση γνώσεων, τη βελτίωση των διδακτικών πρακτικών και την ικανότητα να τοποθετεί κανείς το έργο του σε ευρύτερα εκπαιδευτικά και κοινωνικά συμφραζόμενα.
Ο άξονας αυτός δεν προσφέρει απλώς νέες ευκαιρίες στα μέλη μας. Δημιουργεί ένα δομημένο πλαίσιο στο οποίο η μάθηση είναι συνεχής, οι μέθοδοι επανεξετάζονται, και η ατομική εξειδίκευση συνδέεται με τους συλλογικούς στόχους. Στην πράξη, αυτό σημαίνει καλοσχεδιασμένες επιμορφώσεις, διεθνικές κινητικότητες και ανταλλαγές που φέρνουν τα μέλη μας σε επαφή με σύγχρονες θεωρίες, εκπαιδευτικές προσεγγίσεις και ερευνητικές μεθόδους.
Γιατί Έχει Σημασία στην Εκπαίδευση Ενηλίκων
