This Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnership aims to enhance the employability of young people by providing them with essential skills and opportunities for growth. Our project focuses on bridging the gap between policy, research, and practice to support youth in becoming active participants in the labor market and society.


About the Project
- The ‘We’ll Let You Know’ project addresses the pressing challenges young people face in accessing the job market. Through an innovative training format, this project empowers youth by:
- Providing practical skills and knowledge to navigate the job market successfully.
- Encouraging social entrepreneurship and a sense of initiative among young people.
- Promoting mental well-being through supportive sessions.
- Strengthening the link between youth policies and real-life practices.
Our project brings together partners from Italy, Poland, Romania, Sweden, and Greece, each contributing their expertise to create meaningful change.

The primary objectives of the 'We'll Let You Know' project are to:
Empower young people's sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, including social entrepreneurship.
Reinforce the connections between policy, research, and practice.

Improve youth employability by enhancing key competencies and knowledge about the job market.
Facilitate dialogue between young people and business innovators to foster cooperation in youth policies and the job market.

Developing a training course titled 'We'll Let You Know!' tailored to the needs of young people.

By the end of this project, we aim to achieve the following results:
Innovative Training Course for Youth:
Development of a comprehensive training program tailored to young people's needs, focusing on essential job market skills, such as CV writing, interview preparation, and social entrepreneurship. This course will provide practical knowledge to enhance employability and inspire self-confidence.
Policy Recommendations:
Drafting of evidence-based policy recommendations aimed at closing the gap between current youth policies and actual practices. These guidelines will be shared with policymakers and stakeholders to support the development of youth employment initiatives and improve existing frameworks.
Handbook for Job Market Access:
Creation of a user-friendly handbook offering clear guidelines, tips, and resources for young people entering the labor market. The handbook will cover topics like navigating job applications, understanding labor rights, and identifying opportunities in social entrepreneurship.
Youth Manifesto:
Compilation of a manifesto reflecting the voices and aspirations of young people across Europe. This document will serve as an advocacy tool, promoting better opportunities, inclusion, and support for young people in the job market.
