About the Course
Erasmus+ Incubator: Tips, Tricks & Implementation Hacks
This course is a comprehensive, project-based training for adults interested in improving their skills and knowledge in Erasmus+ project design, international cooperation, and educational innovation. It is especially suited for professionals working in or connected to the fields of adult education, youth work, NGOs, social and cultural initiatives, and non-formal learning environments.
The Erasmus+ Incubator course is structured around three key pillars:
Project Development – Learn how to create strong Erasmus+ projects with real impact. This includes developing a clear internationalization strategy, conducting needs analysis, setting measurable objectives, and ensuring quality assurance and sustainability. Participants will receive practical tools and templates, and will begin drafting a concept note for a real Erasmus+ KA1 or KA2 project.
Networking and Collaboration – Discover how to build and maintain effective international partnerships. The course covers participation in Erasmus+ networks, leveraging platforms like eTwinning, hosting and organizing job shadowing opportunities, and becoming a reliable partner in EU-funded projects.
Innovation and Technology – Explore how digital tools and artificial intelligence can enhance project planning, implementation, and communication. This includes guidance on ethical AI use, virtual exchanges, and tech-enhanced collaboration.
By the end of the course, participants will leave with:
A solid project idea ready for further development
Knowledge of Erasmus+ structures and quality requirements
New connections across Europe
Tools to implement international strategies within their own context
A deeper understanding of how internationalization supports community and organizational development
The course takes place in Vienna, combining structured training sessions in the morning with optional afternoon activities designed to encourage cultural exploration, networking, and informal learning.
